I received a call from AT&T and they addressed the situation. So while the local store experience was bad, they came through in the end. Thank you AT&T!
@ATT In October we visited the AT&T store to trade our iPhone 14’s for 17’s. The person who helped us, Cody, couldn’t have been better. He examined the old phones 1st hand & away we went. Returning the last phone today was a disaster. Hugely disappointing AT&T. Consider Verizon
@dbarrett@businessinsider There was nothing courageous about this email. Arrogant for sure and a colossal waste of time for all that received it. I’d have the same opinion regardless of who David personally endorsed. As a paid user we should deduct the hourly value of the time wasted from their bills!
