@FinanceLancelot You've been on the money. Refiners outperforming re: Valero. Explorers lagging but still higher. Lets see how the next 6 months plays out.
@LVision_Trading They could easily hit them. Ansarallah proved that earlier this week hitting that ship in the middle of the Red Sea. I believe theyre allowing some to come out to not starve the world especially their strategic partners like China and SEA. Just my thoughts tho.
@DarioCpx Diesel is already at highs and could go 20% higher lets say. Thats already baked in for PM stocks. The bottom for PM was in already June/July.
@TankerTrackers How many barrels are leaving the strait by your estimate? Are we in a temporary crude glut as some have suggested? If so means close to 18 mb/d are leaving.
@investinguab There's a short to mid term crude glut (4-6 mb/d) whereas refining capacity and diesel sits at a premium. This is the trade for the next 6-12 ish months. Short crude long refiners.
@JoshYoung Demand destruction and refinery capacity and destruction leads to a minor crude oil glut in near to mid term. ~ Mid 2027. Yes, structurally raw crude oil supply is tight and will be for the next decade due to long term demand and under capex for new wells. The Crack spread shows
@hajiyev_rashad All i see is lower highs and lower lows. Especially in the midterm range. Dont jump in until base continues. The bottom will be in around July is my estimate.
