Hi guys! So I made it to the second Pfizer vaccine dose. Again, I only had a sore arm for the first couple days after the first dose. I’ll keep you updated with how my body responds to the second dose. I’m ready to get this over with. Looking forward to getting life back!

Gastric bypass now has level 1 evidence that it is superior to best medical care for:
a) achieving remission of early CKD (1 RCT)
b) achieving remission of type 2 diabetes (13 RCTs)
c) achieving remission of hypertension (1 RCT)
And it’s safe in BMI from 30.
