So disappointed. Bought these @hoka sneakers last Saturday and wore them once. They hurt so badly that I tried to exchange them and the retailer said too bad. Was so excited, @hoka can you help?

@hoka I bought my first pair last week after hearing amazing things. I bought Wide but sadly after my first walk the sides of my feet hurt. I brought them back to the local store and they wouldn’t let me exchange them. I love the shoes but it looks like I won’t be wearing them.

Christmas Oculus Quest surprise ruined because of fraud. @BestBuy my son is heart broken. We opened our Oculus Quest from the ALPHARETTA, GA store and the Quest was actually a Go and it’s clearly return fraud because it was shrink wrapped. #dissappointed #makeitright #please
