Jess Ellison encourages the delegates to approach their businesses goals in the same breath as the practitioner goals in terms of how many patients they want to see per day. Ultimately, if your practitioners are hitting 80% of their goals, you'll be positioned well.

A great discussion was had on publicly funded First Contact Physiotherapy services for the five proposed Urgent Care Clinics in SA.
