Most affordable housing is being built in working-class neighborhoods of color because of zoning restrictions: e.g. single-family zones.
Landlord harassment is a health crisis as much as it is a housing crisis—so let’s tackle this epidemic head on! On Tuesday, Sep 24, we’ll give public comment and demand the LA City Council approve amendments that strengthen the Tenant Anti-Harassment Ordinance, or TAHO, to ensure tenants who are harassed can receive damages for mental health and suffering.
