@zebra3V1 @Amy_Siskind The video shows he had a phone in his hand, not a gun. The video also shows his hands were empty and he had 5 Ice Agents on top of him when he was shot.

It also seems an Ice Agents took the man’s gun from a holster when they were tackling him and after that they shot him.

@chrisgust @krystalball At the time the man was shot his hands were empty and he was on the ground and very beat up with at least 5 Ice Agents on top of him. Some are saying they already saw one of the Ice Agents remove the man’s gun from a holster.

He was not armed when he was shot.
