PHILIPPINES JOINS UN WALKOUT ON NETANYAHU

The Philippines was among the delegations that walked out of the UN General Assembly hall during Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s speech on Thursday, September 24, the Department of Foreign Affairs confirmed.

The DFA said the Philippines joined the walkout in “global solidarity for peace in the Middle East” and reiterated its support for a two-state solution.
