Cemdisiran phase 2 trial in IgAN, (silencing C5 mRNA in liver): 31 pts (9 placebo) all had >1gm/ proteinuria, normal eGFRs and on RAASi at baseline. At 32 weeks, 37% reduction in proteinuria, haematuria and a trend of slower reduction in eGFR. #KidneyWk
