Just listened to my wife trying to close the utilities account with @ScottishPower of her late mother. The operator was rude and the procedure tortuous. The company has no regard for its customers with operators who can only follow a script. WE WILL NEVER USE @ScottishPower again

@HJMKent Seems a good summary of the position and in line with comments from CC that I have seen. Coventry have still got to make up 6 points on us in 6 games while 4 of our games are on paper should wins.

@AliJones9 I agree with your point as I think Cov need to win 5 of their 7 remaining games as we should pick up at least 6 points from 6. However if Rotherham fail to win on Friday then they are probably relegated so could easily be a banana skin next Wednesday

@HJMKent Yes. Sorry I hadn’t seen BBC Breakfast. The Government is in a complete mess on this. My local MP is Robin Walker who in a meeting with small businesses and the Chamber of Commerce failed to understand that many SMEs pay the owners by dividends so reducing NI was not beneficial
