@LagstoneHall For the sectors you mention, it's likely Unite (general private sector), Prospect (science and tech) or CWU's UTAW tech branch.

@LagstoneHall In general, there's a 3 step rule. 1) If a union has recognition where you work, pick that one as they have collective negotiation rights. 2) If not but colleagues are already members of one, pick that one as there's power in numbers. 3) If neither, pick relevant one for sector.
