I received 4 welcoming messages prior to my appt, reminding me of the time, the location, and the need for 3/4 of a tank of gas. I dropped off my vehicle as instructed. Following that, I received no other texts informing me
completed. I called back at 5pm to get status of vehicle. As I expected in my gut, the shop was closed. Now my vehicle is locked away in your facility for the rest of the weekend because a 2hour repair was never completed. This is nowhere near the level of service you project.
