@Channel4News Your description of the gas field between Iran and Qatar was flawed. You referred to the field as the “Pars Field”, subdivided into “North Field” and “South Field”. “Pars” means Iran (cf “Persian”). The field is known as North Field by Qatar and South Pars by Iran.

Just tried to phone them, got a similar story that someone should contact me by tomorrow. But they cannot connect me with anyone able to actually address the problem. Awful, awful service @Brother_UK

Struggling to get customer service from @Brother_UK Tried to place order for toner 2 days ago. Order did not process but card was charged. Contacted customer service chat, advised someone would call me within 48 hrs. Followed up again today, cut off twice, told to wait 48 hours!

I’m a GP-today a 57 year old came in with heart & kidney failure. His O2 sats were down to 75%. The ambulance took >2 hours. We had O2 but it was Ltd. This is what happens after years of cuts & privatisation. This is all of us. Now we will have Austerity 2.0 - Enough is enough
