According to a report by the Palestinian Wall and Settlement Resistance Commission, Israeli settlers were responsible for 799 of 900 fires documented at Palestinian homes, businesses, vehicles and agricultural land across the occupied West Bank between January 2023 and July 10, 2026.

The report said the attacks have increased steadily in recent years, particularly in Nablus and Ramallah and Al-Bireh, where settler assault has intensified. The commission said the attacks aimed at destroying Palestinians’ property to push their forced displacement.
