If u ever need a parcel delivered, DON'T USE YODEL.I was expecting the delivery of a £1500 Tag Heuer watch today,and Yodel decided to deliver it to an empty flat a street away. The parcel is now gone! To add injury, when I reported this to Yodel,customer service agent hung up!
