@Clear Non-existent customer service. The app will not allow update of email address and their customer support apparently doesn't exist as I've been waiting for an agent forever. VERY disappointing given the cost.
@FlySWISS Your response that I should wait until after July, for a flight my family will no longer be on, to file a complaint makes no sense. I'd like an appropriate resolution now. Thank you.
@FlySWISS The link you shared is to a page titled "Feedback about past flight" - Where do I file a complaint about your service for something that's in the future. We are no longer flying with you in July and yet you refuse to refund the seat assignment fees for a flight we are not on.
@FlySWISS I stand by my original comment. Your insistence on keeping seat-selection fees for a family that is no longer flying on your airline is more than disappointing. I recommend that people travel by other means and support airlines that care about their customers and their brand.
