This week, as you lead yourself and those you influence. Take a rain check, catch yourself to listen more and speak less. When you listen intently, you can serve those around you better.
In my leadership journey, I struggled to listen first before I speak. If I listened more to those around me, I could have avoided many blindspot incidences.
