A bad joke but a joke nonetheless. These are the times we live in where a bad joke can be mistaken for someone spreading misinformation. 🤦🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️

@TedEBear4U@briantylercohen When he was POTUS he could declassify anything but that doesn’t mean he did. Once he left office he no longer had that ability and there is a procedure he has to follow. He can’t claim it retroactively. Not saying he didn’t but there is no record of him doing so.
