I honestly think @united has lost the plot. I don’t think there’s anyone there above the manager level who has any idea how to run an airline. Every time we have to fly through Houston, it’s just a travesty of flights delayed and delayed and delayed.
The folks in charge of @LFTAirport should be forced either to wait for their bags or lend a hand when bags come in. There’s no reason it should take this long at an airport this small.
Dear @AppleNews … please make it possible to see @WSJ reporting, which has long been top-notch, but to filter out @WSJ opinions, which range from the conventional conservative to the abysmally inane.
I mean, @AmericanAir, if the inbound plane is delayed two hours, you don't have alternate aircraft and crews for this kind of thing. Who's in charge of supply chain management? Send them back to school.
Dear @AmericanAir, please learn to communicate with what is happening with flights. AA 0979 is stuck in Dallas. I'd like to see my wife at some point. You can't blame the weather.
Go long enough without flying @united and then you might forget how bad they are. My wife is stuck in Houston and the gate and desk personnel could not be less helpful. No hotel room and when she asked for her bag they tell her she'll have to wait until 1:00AM.
