Absolutely! And the retailers are just being pigs, hiding behind the excuse of oil prices, gas, and general inflation. I constantly track grocery prices, and I can tell you that majors, such as Kroger and Safeway have increased prices from 10% to 50%+ on everyday items in the past 2-3 months. Manufacturers are doing the same thing with the incredibly shrinking package sizes.
