@foxhound326@BreeSolstad Are you arguing that the woman is both Israel and Mary, then? I think I read that's a Catholic view. I don't want to mischaracterize you.
@foxhound326@BreeSolstad I definitely agree about devices and images. Is it possible, though, that if the dragon did not literally rise up, then this is not a literal birth (by which I mean what pregnant ladies have 30-40 weeks after getting pregnant)?
@foxhound326@BreeSolstad Why do you say that? (Honest question.) To me, it seems to be exactly the other way around--you have to perform acrobatics to make it about Mary giving birth to Jesus two thousand years ago.
@twdlifelessons@1True_American_ God demands the death penalty. We are responsible to think like He thinks. Isn't the rest just working out the details?
@Ngamini2004 I do not consider myself an Amyraldian. As best as I understand it, Amyraldianism is 4-point Calvinism, as you say. I'm a 4.5-pointer. I believe that salvation is available for all but will only be applied to the elect.
@Jd2Shifty80 That is not the behavior of a Christian. If you are not a Christian, repent and be saved while you still can, or the Christ you rightly say is God will judge you and condemn to you to Hell if you do not repent.
@Jd2Shifty80 Okay, now you're being ridiculous. Why are you talking like this when you claim the name of Christ? What kind of an example are you setting for the world? Does your language make people want to become a Christian? Repent and be saved.
@JoshuaBarzon I've only been to six of those twelve, but of the six I've been to, I'd say Five Guys. (Arby's is near the top but was closer to the top before they dropped Three Pepper sauce.)
@Jd2Shifty80@Jd2Shifty80 You want me to stop calling sin sin? I will never do so. And are you following the rules for how God tells people to talk? This is not the behavior of a Christian.
