@rejectedjokes Hi Ben, I’ve had this so can sympathise completely. Tried lots of things but this sorted it for me. Search “Foster maneuver for vertigo” on YouTube, AKA “half somersault maneuver”. It worked so much better for me than the “Epley maneuver” & you can do it by yourself. Good luck 👍🏻
