No part of UK is liable for a per capita (population) share of UK's debt, debt interest and deficit, as UK is liable as a whole. He has just assumed a per capita share to be true, so any FT figure is fictional and meaningless.

My attached and substantiated thread proves him wrong as does the FOI response from Scot Gov's Chief Economist Directorate (produces GERS) which says there isn't any official fiscal transfer (FT) figure and that any FT figure would rely on assumptions.

I'm referring to devolved spending by ScotGov being a net total of only £56.3Bn.

In GERS it claims a £72Bn estimate for devolved spending.

2025/26 has £75Bn claimed, against a net figure of £58.6Bn.
