✅ Stoma: You can shower with or without your stoma bag—whichever feels most comfortable. If you shower without it, use warm water and avoid soaps with harsh chemicals.
✅ Catheter: Showering is usually safe, just keep your drainage bag below bladder level. If bathing, avoid submerging your catheter in water to reduce infection risk.
🩹 Covering the Area: If advised by your healthcare provider, you may need a waterproof cover for any wounds or catheter sites.
