Booked a hotel @priceline on Sep 18. Went to check in today, hotel was overbooked, canceled our reservation, and notified Priceline who was supposed to rebook. They didn’t. Reached out to Priceline and was told hotels are booked and all they’ll do for us is refund our money.

@AshleyGWinter I feel this. Twin toddlers in daycare 3 days/week. Last week it was a stomach bug, week before was cough and runny nose that resulted in ear infections. Since Christmas I think we’ve had maybe 2 weeks where somebody hasn’t had a snotty nose. We can’t afford other options.
