@LittleToller Fabulous stir fried with mixed veg in black bean sauce, fish sauce and fried chillies. Two tablespoons black bean, one of fish sauce, the rest to preference. Close equivalent of pad pak bung (fried swamp cabbage). Just spent the day doing the same in Ceredigion.
