I don’t usually post much here, but that’s about to change.
I believe ambitious people in their 20s should build a multifaceted life guided by strong values and not obsess over just one thing.
You can expect my thoughts on:
• Hoops & player development
• Living abroad in Dubai
• Sports cards & collecting
• Entrepreneurship
• Mindset, life lessons & everything in between

Now the Knicks are obviously in the NBA Finals and that same card is one of my favorite pieces in my collection.
It’s a small footnote in Jalen’s journey, but a cool chapter in mine.
And no, it is not available!

Being a sports card collector, I started picking up his cards. When I saw a 1/1 rookie pop up in an eBay auction, I jumped on it for $33. And then sat on it for years.
In 2024 I finally got it graded with SGC and it came back an 8.5
I don’t know about anyone else but I’ve had so many people asking me if I’m safe in Dubai and the UAE.
Just wanted to say: even with everything going on in the region right now including the recent missile interceptions I still feel genuinely safer here on a day-to-day basis than in most Western cities I’ve visited. At all times of the day I walk around with very little worry and haven’t had any situations where I felt personally in danger.
That said, there have been a few moments of concern when the alerts come in. If anything, I’m more aware now, and a bit worried I’ll feel too naive when I travel back home to visit family after getting used to this level of order. Dubai just runs like clockwork!
The stability here is real despite the headlines.
Appreciate the concern, but I’m good!
