If you are recovering from illness or immune system issues here are a list of things that I now do within my own immune system recovery: Updated list:
▪️Intermittent fasting & occasional 3 day fast
▪️A large spoonful of extra virgin olive oil (polyphenol-rich) before breakfast
▪️ Apple cider vinegar, honey, juice from a lemon combined as a drink
▪️Porridge
▪️Bone broth
▪️Poached or scrambled eggs
▪️Organic meat
▪️Fresh fish
▪️Fresh fruit & vegetables
▪️Black seed oil
▪️Oregano oil
▪️Multivitamin supplement (includes: B vitamins, vitamin C, vitamin D, vitamin E, Siberian ginseng, magnesium, zinc, iron, iodine)
▪️2-3 litres of filtered water per day
▪️No alcohol
▪️Massive reduction of sugars and processed food
▪️Probiotic yoghurt
▪️Tumeric shots
▪️Manuka honey
▪️Himalayan salt
▪️Cayenne pepper
▪️Garlic
▪️Myla’s Moss seamoss gel
▪️Fresh ginger
▪️Regular salt water gargling
▪️Cold shower in the morning & warm bath in the evening
▪️Rest
▪️Fresh air
▪️Gradual build up of exercise
This has involved a lot of research and trial and error towards what works for me. Some are obvious and some less so, but it appears to be working. I hope this is helpful.
