Wow, I feel ripped off by @Samsung@SamsungSupport@SamsungUS . I got a new 8K TV less than a week ago and the trim on the bottom front panel started peeling back after a couple days of use and they tell me it's cosmetic damage and not covered. Am I being gaslighted?
@SamsungSupport That's incredibly poor customer service. It's a manufacturing defect that the trim would peel after 2 days of use despite there being no pre-existing damage whatsoever. You're calling it cosmetic damage to avoid covering it.
@SamsungSupport@mrpeabody Thanks, just spent 2 hours on the phone with your team for the second day in a row. Also, a tech came out today and recommended replacing the screen because apparently, the adhesive that holds this trim is defective. Unfortunately, you denied the claim based on "cosmetic damage"
