“Eating just ONE egg a day increases your risk of diabetes by 60%”
I need everyone to sit with that for a second.
I eat 6 to 12 eggs a day. Every single day. For the past year.
And in that same year I:
🥚Reversed type 2 diabetes
🥚Reversed insulin resistance
🥚Reversed sleep apnea
🥚Stabilized my blood sugar
🥚Balanced my hormones
🥚Eliminated perimenopause symptoms
🥚Lost 140 pounds
🥚Got my brain back
On EGGS. Beef. Bacon. Butter.
This is exactly the kind of fear propaganda that kept me sick for 47 years. Headlines designed to keep you terrified of real food so you keep buying processed garbage and prescription pills instead.
Eggs are one of the most nutrient dense foods on the planet. Complete protein. Choline for your brain. B12 for your nervous system. Healthy fat for your hormones. The yolk alone is a multivitamin.
They don’t want you to know that. A healthy population is a terrible business model.
I was headed for an early grave. Eggs didn’t almost kill me. Believing this kind of nonsense almost killed me.
Never again. 🥚🥩👑

Pastor Nathaniel Bassey Shares How a Juju Priest Once Approached Him to Cast a Spell and Enchantment on Him
I was inside my car packed somewhere, he left his car then came and knocked at my car door, and immediately i wind down he began to chant incantation. What he was doing on my car window was casting a spell, thinking it would influenced me. I don’t know how he knew but this was the second time this same guy was coming to me. First it was on the express road, he came and knocked.
I am not sharing this to boost. I’m telling you that while we don’t glorify the devi’l, there is wickedness in the world.
VAGINISMUS:
THIS HAS DESTROYED MANY HOMES.
NO, SHE'S NOT PRETENDING.

Dear Women and Men, come and learn...,
When the Body Says No: Vaginismus, Silence, and the Myth of a Closed Door
They come quietly, these messages, and they often begin the same way, Dear Doc, and then a confession wrapped in confusion, and sometimes shame. I married my wife as a virgin, and yet it feels like something is blocked, and I can touch her, and we can linger in foreplay, but when it is time for intercourse, the door closes. And in that sentence, a woman is almost turned into a riddle, and sometimes into a suspect. As though her body has decided to be wicked. As though pain is rebellion. As though fear is witchcraft.
But let us say this clearly, and say it gently, and say it loudly enough to undo years of silence: this is not witchcraft. She is not wicked. Her body is not conspiring against love.
This is called vaginismus, and it is far more common than we admit, and far more human than we allow.
Vaginismus is the body tightening when it should soften, and closing when it should welcome, and doing so without permission from the mind. It is an involuntary spasm of the vaginal muscles during penetration, during sex, during examinations, sometimes even during the thought of penetration.
Many women say, my vagina is blocked or I am too small, and what they are really saying is that their body has learned fear. And this fear does not belong only to first-timers, although many first sexual experiences are marked by it. It belongs also to women who have had sex before, and to women who have known trauma, and to women whose bodies remember pain from surgery, from radiotherapy, from infections, from stories whispered by aunties about how sex is suffering and womanhood is endurance. It belongs to women who were assaulted, and to women who grew up learning that sex is danger dressed as desire.
And yes, vaginismus has broken hearts, and strained marriages, and turned bedrooms into battlegrounds of guilt and misunderstanding. But it is not a moral failure. It is not stubbornness. It is not punishment. It is the body doing what bodies do when they feel unsafe, protecting itself.
So what do we do, when the body says no?
We begin with belief, belief in the woman, and belief that healing is possible. We begin with counselling, especially when there has been sexual trauma, because the body listens closely to the mind. We seek help not from one person, but from a team, the gynaecologist, and the psychologist, and the counsellor, and the physiotherapist, and the specialist nurse, because vaginismus is not a single story and cannot be solved by a single voice. We talk about lifestyle, and hydration, and the quiet power of pelvic floor exercises like Kegels, and we talk about lubricants, yes, generously, and some that soothe pain as they ease entry. We talk about patience, and vaginal massage, and gentle exploration, sometimes guided, sometimes slow, sometimes awkward, and always kind.
We talk about foreplay, not as a prelude, but as a language of reassurance. And sometimes, when anxiety refuses to loosen its grip, we use medication to help the body learn calm again. Vaginal dilators may be used, slowly and consistently, not to force the body open, but to teach it that opening does not equal harm. Surgery, we say clearly, is rare, and only for true physical obstruction, not for fear, not for memory.
This is a big issue, yes, and it can unmake intimacy if left alone in the dark. But it is also a treatable one. Help exists. Compassion works. Conversations heal.
And so, if your body has been saying no, listen to it, not with anger, but with curiosity. Seek help. Book consultations. Treat infections. Drink water. Be patient. Be gentle. Because sometimes the door is not locked.
Sometimes, it is only afraid.
UPDATE ON HOUSE AGENT EXTORTION IN OYO STATE 🚨
Today, we met with the Chairman of the Oyo State Agency for Youth Development to further relay the growing hardship residents, especially young people, continue to face due to house agents’ extortion across Oyo State, with Ibadan being most affected. This engagement follows our earlier meeting with the Speaker of the Oyo State House of Assembly and reflects a serious commitment to addressing this long-standing issue.
The Speaker of the Oyo State House of Assembly has now set up a committee to draft a bill aimed at regulating the activities of house agents and restoring sanity to the housing sector. We were also informed that the Speaker personally reached out to His Excellency, Governor Seyi Makinde, to brief him on the matter. Encouragingly, the Governor has shown strong interest, and we have been assured that before the end of the first quarter of the year, the bill will be turned into law.
As part of the proposed reforms, we proposed regulatory framework to protect tenants and promote transparency:
•Agent Fees and Regulation
Agency commission must be between 3% – 5% of annual rent. All agents must be properly registered, identifiable, and regulated under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development.
All rent collected must be remitted to landlords within seven (7) working days to prevent agents from absconding with tenants’ money. Unregistered or unregulated practices will attract strict sanctions.
•Caution Fee (Security Deposit) Reform
Caution fees are to be abolished entirely. Landlords retain the right to seek legal redress for verifiable damage caused by tenants.
•Legal Fees Cap
Legal fees must be between 3% – 5% of annual rent. No hidden, duplicated, or unjustified legal charges shall be permitted.
•Rent Increment Protection
Landlords must provide at least one (1) year written notice before any rent increment. No increase shall take effect without proper notice.
•Restriction on Properties Intended for Sale
Any property intended for sale within the next two (2) years must not be listed for rent. Where a rented property is later put up for sale, tenants must be informed immediately. And many more
This is a major step in the right direction. We will continue to engage relevant stakeholders, monitor progress, and keep the public informed as developments unfold.
I REMEMBER GOD TELLING ME THE DAY YOU START CHARGING, THE WELL WILL DRY UP, CLEARLY! -Dunsin Oyekan
Pst Sola Osunmakinde; I'm not saying charging is right or wrong, but why do you, Apostle Selman, Nathaniel Bassey, Vicky and Bukola you people are different, you don't charge, why is that?
Dunsin Oyekan - "The Eagle"; Ok so I'm just going to talk about my personal experiences and dealings with God that is where we all bring out principles that we live by. Ok so for me, the tokens of my calling does not allow that I charge. I remember God telling me the day you start charging, the well will dry up, clearly. So in as much as I don't go into why are you charging, everybody with his own dealing with God, but my dealing with God, does not allow me because the dimension of what He releases to me and the experiences I have with him, I'm too grateful and that keeps me very humble. And then my father, from the time I started playing the bass, he will school me with scriptures, talk to me about charging. He was a major cause, and funny enough, we had the best musicians in town at a particular point, because he is somebody who encourages music. If he spots that you're gifted, He pulls you close and makes sure that you have character with that, he would train your life. We had his attention, but one of the things he put... one of the major lessons you can never miss around my father is charging. He would school you on why not, no don't do this, then if I say let me charge, is that really how much I worth? I am worth more than that! And then does that mean that if you don't have it, you can't enjoy the grace of God? These are the things I consider when people say so... in fact once you start talking about money, I may not come, because I have had people who say... recently someone told me on chat that we want you to come for a program, this is how much we have, and then immediately that's like a litmus test for me, so you don't go. That helps me, I believe my dealings with God... freely I have received, freely I should give and then of cause people take it for granted and then of cause, you go around and ... I just imbibe the principle of Jesus. You go anywhere you're not honoured, I may not come back. And honor does not mean... it's not in money. I've gone to many places, the Holy Spirit will tell me don't take 1 naira from here and then out of my pocket, I have to make sure that the team is okay. We do that but honor is not about this is what we have... there's a way you communicate honor. You'll want to come back.

Removing sex and lust when pursuing a woman has given me a lot of clarity. Looking past the physical, I’ve realized I’m not compatible with a lot of women, and I’m not wasting time trying to sleep with them.
Personally, having sexual discipline is a top tier discipline.
How many hours per night do you sleep?
ARE YOU IN THE SAFE ZONE? ❓❓❓
I sleep usually about 6 hours, 8 if I'm lucky. 👍 Unless I'm stressed...then I get about 4.
Terrorist bandits attacked Bargaja village in Sokoto State, Nigeria, last night, they killed many innocent Muslims and abducted 10 other Muslims, mostly young girls.
May Allah have mercy on the souls of our brothers and grant comfort to their families. 💔
We must tell the world our stories ourselves. No one will do it better than us.
