@AerLingus absolutely shocked that’s it’s Dec 6th and my missing luggage still hasn’t been located, after flying in from Boston on Saturday morning, subzero service from #AerLingus. I had checked in 3 hours in advance saw my bag tagged so not sure where this has ended up.
