@virginmedia Agent asked to explain what complaint was about so can give details.I listed the points and after over 2 hours i had to go as losing will to live!As i said agent must have closed the complaint to cover up their dodgy sales tactics and no resolution as to how call charge occurred

@virginmedia @timashton1979 I will have to look at going over to BT and cancelling contract due to breach of contract by virgin as can not trust due to the lies and random made up call charges! I might be happy to receive free mini box with no monthly charge as a bit of goodwill to remain customer

@virginmedia @timashton1979 Swapna said charge was for call to speaking clock!? I'm very concerned as if one spurious call can be made and billed to me then others can!? There are no phones or sockets in the house!? He closed the complaint himself without it being resolved!?

@virginmedia ref complaint C-0612211431 for a phone call that can not be made but attempted theft from me and lies about the charge for mini box and appalling customer service. I can't raise complaint online as just keeps bouncing back empty when submitted!? #jokers

I tried to complain ref C-0612211431 and the corrupt agent Swapna must have marked it resolved and closed it. This was after he LIED about the charges
