@TownOfAjax @newsdurham @CP24 Got a ticket for this yesterday in the town of Ajax. By-law officer was more concerned about his stats than the safety of my children during the lockdown. It’s ok for my kids to inadvertently chase a ball or roll out in front of that truck. #educate

@TownOfAjax I invite any of the by-law officers to social distance themselves from my family and watch the cars race down Pickering Beach Rd and understand why my car blocks my driveway and has done so for the almost 7 yrs we have lived here.

@TownOfAjax I did that and the response was ridiculous. My children’s safety does not factor in, apparently even more so now with them being locked down. In talking with my police friends it is about education and not stats. The by-law officer requires some education on children’s safety.
