@jmccart10 I think 2008 was historically deflationary, CPI is a poor measure of true inflation and world wide debt expansions had capital flocking to reserve currency t bills, keeping rates low. With this last mega balance sheet expansion we seeing early inflation with more coming.

@tsludwig@sweatystartup EBITDA = Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation and Amortization. The raw revenue - expenses earning power of a business ignoring financing, taxes and accounting modifiers. Be sure to use FCF (Free Cash Flow) analysis alongside EBITDA.

@Post_Market@sahilchoudh The margin captured on a product sale is many times larger than the cost of fulfillment as a % of total transaction. The ability to aggregate product margin is the business sustaining portion of value and e-comm is in a better position than b&m to aggregate it.
