exactly, silver price going up doesn't make everyone open more lead-zinc or gold mines, he thought it being byproduct metal meant it wasn't rare and that it was easy to get a lot of it, and scale it. he basically discounted silver as "not a truly precious metal" it's a classic precious metal used as currency for thousands of years 😂
