@CropDoctor54 They can adjust the beam pitch up and down to pick up rain just above ground level seen it pick up ships in the gulf and the Wattle Point wind farm features regularly!
@AGLEnergy No need to pay for wind energy when you can get solar for next to nothing. No real incentives for anyone to store the energy and feed back into the grid during peak times. Cant imagine the numbers would stack up all that well for wind providers if they lose 6-8 hours of peak time
@AGLEnergy Maybe AGL should buy the existing energy fed into the grid at a fair rate rather than go and create more of an energy glut investing in projects that will only make the situation worse. The Wattle Point wind farm gets remotely switched off daily during high solar periods!

Very distinct Halocline at the mouth of the Murry River at the moment which is very interesting to see but even more so where the milky water of the Coorong coast forms its own with the blue Southern Ocean water making for 3 distinct bodies of water.
