A Robotaxi with no driver changes the emergency playbook too.
Tesla is already putting Cybercab in the hands of police and firefighters so they can practice the stuff that actually matters.
Opening the butterfly doors, moving the car with its emergency controls, isolating the high-voltage battery and setting a temporary geofence so other Cybercabs don’t enter an active emergency scene.
They can even communicate with Tesla support through the car itself.
And whatever first responders find awkward or unclear goes straight back into the design.
That’s how you prepare a driverless car for the real world.
