Wembley needs a statue of Sir Bobby Charlton. He won the World Cup and European Cup there. Great photos of Charlton are dotted around the stadium but it's surely time for a more fitting, commanding tribute outside for fans to gather by & admire as with the Bobby Moore statue @FA
