I look at the environment and understand why, because we were taught how to pass exams, how to be polite, how to “workhard.” But no one really sat us down and taught us how to endure pressure, how to deal with disrespect, manipulation, unfairness or slow burning exhaustion. So when toxicity shows up in real life, it hits hard. Most of us meet it unprepared, carrying baggage from our backgrounds, financial stress, family instability, unmet expectations, trauma or simply the fear of falling behind. When life is already unbalanced, even a small toxic environment can feel unbearable. Not because we’re weak bt because we’re already stretched thin. Thats why I don’t rush to blame people. Resilience isn’t something you’re born withz it’s something you learn the hard way. And unfortunately, the classroom is life itself. You learn it while rent is due. While your dignity feels tested. While you’re trying to survive and still remain human. Quitting sometimes is confusion. Its someone reacting with the only tools they have at the time. Later, with scars and experience, you realize that not every devil is meant to be escaped. Some are meant to be managed, understood and outgrown. Every new level introduces a new kind of pressure, a smarter devil. Growth is about developing the emotional muscles to coexist with them without losing yourself. I just hope we eventually learn that mastering our reactions is often the real promotion.
To be submissive is to capitulate, to surrender.
A subsmissive woman;
Can't communicate her thoughts.
Must suppress some of her emotions.
Is akin to a slave.
Has negative energy.
Women were meant to be divinely feminine.
They are;
Radiant.
Have a glow about them.
Soft and kind.
Express their mind.
Show all their feelings without suppression.
The only true effective dosage for people who have branded themselves as Nonchalant,is having an encounter with a mirror of themselves. Hapo dawa huwa inapenya saidi. You will be bothered, you will be anxious, you will be unsettled. And finaly you will stop lying to yourself that you’re nonchalant, the truth is you just like the person less. Nonchalant is a word coined to represent a feeling that does not exist in us,we can only pretend to be it. We humans thrive on attachment. Therefore when we are less attached to a person,we are less interested in them. Thats nonchalance. But you can certainly not be attached to something,or a situation, and be nonchalant towards it,You’re pretending.
Being a home baker taught me that people don't support you
loudly at first. It starts quietly.
One order.
One repost.
One person recommending your page to someone else.
And one day you realize your little dream is becoming real.

The weird thing about being a kikuyu man ni ati mnaweza kuwa mmetoka kuenda for an ice cream date kunyoosha miguu alafu it turns into a nyama choma date na ni wewe utasuggest. Nitakurogwa mani... ugui mutheri
Billionaires don’t have bank accounts like you and me. They have art collections, Yachts,Mansions,Stocks. None of it gets taxed until they sell it. So they just never sell it. They borrow against it instead. Live off the loans. Pay almost nothing. Then when they die, their kids inherit it all tax-free. The wealth never gets taxed, It just gets passed down. And we wonder why the gap keeps getting wider.
You'll make more money and stack more cash if you find girlfriend that's in the same game as you. That's why lots of people date women from their industry, workplace or a woman who stays home, raises children and just supports what you're doing.
If you're dating Instagram hoes who wanna do vacations and go out non stop you'll inevitably lose focus, cause you have to disconnect from work to entertain bitches. This makes it harder for you to reach your goals..

People saying a broke woman has more value than a broke man are lying The only value a broke woman brings that a broke man doesn't is access to her body and if that's what you're bringing to a relationship, that's not value that's a transaction. Stay guided
Am reminded me of an elderly woman who lived in my neighborhood when I was a young man . She taught me a very valuable lesson. She lived in a small mud hut that was falling apart , she was always dirty and unkempt. She never did any work not even basic cleaning or gardening.Non the less once in a while she would cut down tall hedges that would form a hedge around her home preventing it from fully forming.
I became very curious why she only cut the front part of her fence and left the back and sides . I had a little business I had going of selling kei apple seedlings and I went to her and offered to plant them for free so that people would stop seeing her as they passed by ,give her some privacy.
I still remember what she told me , she said that if people stopped seeing her suffering, they wouldn't stop to help her . She was suffering by design. Years later when she passed away rumors have it she had 50k in cash ,which was no small money in 1994 .
I wonder if kindiki is using this pretence to get wealthy , we never talk about how much he spends ,what he owns , what is the budget of his office? . We only think he is suffering.
Happiness isn't about how good your quality of life is or how much money you make - it's about all these metrics - compared to the people you know. Theoretically, everyone should be happy nowadays, but they ain't. The vast majority of human existence meant violence, lack of resources, having to actually wotk physical jobs, you couldn't travel too much outside your clvillage or town, you'd die young cause medicine was shit, no surgeries, so if your wife had crooked nose she couldn't fix it, no food delivery she also had to smell like onion daily and cook etc...
You'd think "wow, now everyone should be happy" since so many problems got resolved but it's not the case. It's interesting that, once something gets normalized within society, it doesn't provoke the same high. A woman putting on fake tits in 2008 made her feel special. A woman getting her fake tits in 2025 feels, to her, as something bare minimum since it became accessible. Therefore, you must surpass other people's quality of life to achieve a great mood or you can be a person who doesn't participate to this, doesn't believe in ghosts and doesn't give a fuck about metrics - money, followers, status etc.
The problem is, even if you don't believe in these things, others do, so your day to day life is affected by their belief. You can be the type who says "I don't give a fuvk bro" but your daily experiences with others are impacted by other people's beliefs too, not only your beliefs.
Let's say a father doesn't believe in fashion, and doesn't think it's smart to spend money on ...designers. But his kid wants dior sneakers and feels depressed cause kids in school have those sneakers. Even though this stoic father is "different", his happiness is still lowered by the belief of his close ones. Kid will ruin the vibes in the house until he gets dior- so father needs to spend anyway.
So inevitably, you gotta embrace the race while also, ideally, finding reasons to be happy from small things. You can't be 100% result oriented because you might die, go jail, get sick out of the blue, parents might die tomorrow and then you'll suffer from being too shallow. It's a mix between wanting to improve stats and being happy with a glass of clean water.

There's a limited amount of terror you can generate alone. There's a limited amount of tasks you can do alone. There's a limited amount of fun you can achieve by yourself. There's a limited amount of hobbies you can practice. There's a limited amount of skills you can incorporate into your game. This why you need more people.
If you transform yourself into a skilled player but you face a crew of 3 dedicated guys who are loyal to each other they'll outclass you from many angles and you can't match them. Let's assume you build yourself into a smart person who is also in shape, has some money saved, has game BUT in your vicinity there's 3 guys like you who, on top of the same qualities, combine their skillsets and work together. Inevitably they'll intimidate and defeat you due to having more man power, team chemistry and combined resources.
For example,
You run a business and you're the Mathew the father of Valentine's Cakes doing everything vs someone who has partners, employees, lawyers etc. The second team beats you based on the principles stated above.
Laws of universe!
I used to be very liberal here , like everyone should have their own take on everything. But life has taught me they’re nuance mostly . Now I just block every form of negative energy .
