Residents Update: Wynchurch Trees. I have spoken to Belfast City Council, the Department for Infrastructure and the DAERA about the infestation of ermine moths which is damaging the trees. I have requested a site visit ASAP.
Out in lovely Stranmillis today meeting with the local residents association talking about issues from roads, parking, the environment to our beautiful local asset of Botanic Gardens.
We will continue to work with residents on the issues raised.

Out along Lisburn road today and I've reported the following -
*Broken screen at bus shelter to Translink
*Blocked gulleys from Creighton's to Balmoral avenue
*Raised the need for more bins along this route following residents getting in touch requesting this
Many thanks to the Department and Council for coordinating efforts to get the remainder of this tree stump removed. It was turning the Ormeau Road into a one-lane thoroughfare at rush hour times. Back to business!
