Just occurred to me that the pattern of watching Reels/Shorts etc is really just channel surfing without the full show being produced. Are there other (comforting?) behaviors that stem from previous usage habits that can be optimized, so that the habit becomes the content?

For DTC brands, the 3PL model is broken—and I’ve lived this problem for the last 12 years.
At @shyp (Non-Asset-Based) and Airhouse (a 4PL), I shipped 10M+ packages/yr and worked with dozens of 3PLs.
Airhouse ultimately failed due to poor performance by partner warehouses. 🧵
