The amount of AI larpers on social media is crazy. You do not need 10 different AI tools. Literally just pick one platform and just build. Whatever claude comes up with, chatgpt is going to follow and vice versa. So many of these youtube videos are "these 15 AI tools will help you scale your business" and all of that stuff is just so unnecessary
The amount of companies that are crushing it but still do not have any systems and SOP's in place is honestly impressive. I've talked to so many guys doing 7 figs who have nothing written down whatsoever and they just willed their way to millions. But, the same business with proper systems can get to 8 figures much easier
The most highly edited youtube videos are always the worst business content of all time. The videos that I have learned the most are always just some dude sharing a screen of a google doc
There are so many dudes online that you think have bread that do not got it like that at all. You don't have to see a car is rented to know someone is not skilled at business. I can have a conversation with someone and within 10 minutes I can get a good grasp on their skill level and about how much they are making. The amount of "content creators" out there who cannot sell and do not know how to run ads is insane. They are simply just jestors for the camera
Linkedin is so gay I cannot even go on the app without wanting to cringe. Corporate gen z is so fucking gay. Unless you own a business there is zero reason to be posting on linkedin. All the corporate posts are just to get recognition about a job they hate from people they barely know
Did every single course guru just come from the trenches? It seems every single dude magically came from a single parent household in the streets. Guarantee 99% of them is cap
If you are single and in your twenties you should never sit inside on a weekend unless you are grinding. So many dudes out there who are not going out and instead scrolling or watching a fucking movie instead of going out. These people are going to have zero memories for the future
The Whoop sleep score guys in their 20s. You are 24 you should be poorly slept and grinding. Optimize when you have money to protect not when you have time to burn.
If you cannot articulate the ICP of your business in one sentence you are gonna spend the next two years running in circles. Everything downstream of ICP breaks when the top is unclear.
"Here is why I am going all in on AI" videos in 2026 is just the most useless information. These type of hooks and videos literally only garner attention of retards. Anyone who is actually building hasn't watched that type of slop in 2 years
Youre not too busy youre too unfocused. If your calendar is packed with things that do not tie back to a specific outcome you are simply performing for yourself.
Founders who say yes to every meeting are the founders whose companies plateau. You can trace it directly. The output of the business is downstream of what the founder refuses to do.
Killing every side offer this year has genuinely been the single biggest ROI move I made. Every consulting call I said no to was a decision to compound instead of scatter my attention across nothing.
One of my businesses is scaling faster since I brought in the operator. Best decision I made all year was selling half of a business to buy back the time to run my other two. Nobody talks about how much focus actually costs you.
The "I retired at 24" crowd would be legally required to shut up in any other industry on earth. Only in online business can you sell a course on retiring while being fully employed selling that exact course.
