Latisa Perryman's 20-year-old son, Jarvis Perryman, was shot to death in Euclid Beach Park in Cleveland by Christopher Manning, who pleaded guilty last week.
Latisa said to Judge Steven Gall, "I told him it had to be a life in there, because that's... my son's life is gone.
