Why is Yodel so hopeless? My wife was expecting a perishable delivery and was give a 10am to 12 noon slot. She was continually told that she was the next delivery. At 4pm it was delivered somewhere else. Simply hopeless. Why does anyone use them?

@strevs12 He didn’t live to see his ambition realised, but I did, in no small measure due to you, Ben, after John brought you in after your cheekbone injury to replace Macca. Thank you and I’m so glad you remember it with affection.

@strevs12 You may not remember Ben, but I was the club president at the time along with my younger brother, sadly no longer with us. My late father was deeply involved with the club and its predecessor clubs since WW2.
