If this happens AP state development will face huge crisis.
Essential resources and services should be kept with Public.
After bifurcation we never recovered and after this we never will.
@ANI First of all please understand the concept of privatisation.... privatisation means allowing private persons to setup industries in that particular sector....it doesn't mean handing over public assets at dead chep price
@ANI (2/2)Now electricity became basic need...what if private companies increase the price of unit to 20rs in summer due to demand...can common man afford this...
@ANI Govt dont have cement industries and hence it doesn't have control on cement price...It has increased over 40rs in a month recently due to demand..similarly if whole power sector gets privatised, then private player decide the price based on demand(1/2)
@Muddapatimohan It's not disinvestment as you are thinking.
It's like you build a home with some money of own and some from banks and that home has life of 25 years and giving that home for 25 years for someone at cheap price.
Life of power plant is 25 years only.
@ANI I welcome to disinvestment the public enterprises ,disinvestment will not only give better services to public but also save crores of public money .
@ANI Those who support privatization think about this During carona time no private player come forward for service but all govt services came forward. Private people do business but psu do service.
