A mysterious truck loaded with stones and projectiles appeared on 20 July at Jantar Mantar and Sansad Marg.

The same truck had met with an accident on 16 July and was taken into police custody at Parliament Street Police Station. Then, suddenly, it reappeared loaded with stones and projectiles at Sansad Marg and Jantar Mantar, and eventually outside the Indian Youth Congress office.

We ask:

⦿ How was a truck loaded with stones parked outside the Youth Congress office?
⦿ If there was such extensive police checking and so many barricades, how did this truck reach Sansad Marg?
⦿ Who drove the truck, and under whose direct orders was a truck in police custody kept on the streets for several days?
⦿ How could such a huge security risk be permitted just 100 meters away from Parliament?
⦿ Who was responsible for leaving this truck, loaded with stones and projectiles, unattended?
⦿ What if miscreants had used these projectiles to incite violence?
