10 hours in Riga before the train to Minsk, I decided to take a 75mins train ride to #Sigulda for a day trip as I've been Riga 4 years ago. The ruins of Sigulda Medieval Castle is worth visiting.

#StPetersburg, the second largest city in 🇷🇺. While the rain stopped, I visited a number of places. Unfortunately, some sites are scaffolded for maintenance.

As a business class passenger, breakfast was provided on board, but as I already have my breakfast in the hotel, I just ordered a cupcake and coffee for the meals.

Before my next connection to St. Petersburg, I will spend 5 days in Moscow and the nearby #GoldenRing for sightseeing. Here is #SergievPosad, around 1.5hrs jourmey by suburban train. The town is famous for the Trinity Lavra of St. Sergiev.

In #Mongolia, catering on #K3 is provided by Mongolian restaurant car. The car itself is stunning, and variety of #foods are provided, at cist for sure. A bit surprise is that the Coke served is #MadeInHK

On @RuRailways Rossiya Train 1 to Moscow, on board restaurant car provide lots of option to fill your hungry stomach. Don't read the menu, ask the staff for recommendations 😋

#Listvyanka (Листвянка) is a settlement near the point where the Angara River leaves #LakeBaikal.  In here, you can try to walk on the frozen lake surface
