What many people still do not understand about Arab citizens of Israel
~ Arab citizens make up roughly one-fifth of Israel’s population. Most are Muslims, alongside substantial Christian, Druze, Bedouin, and Circassian communities.
~ Most are descendants of families who remained within Israel’s borders after 1948. They are not recent arrivals, temporary residents, or outsiders to the country.
~ They hold Israeli citizenship, vote in national elections, carry Israeli passports, use the national healthcare system, attend Israeli universities, and can form political parties or challenge the state in court.
~ Arab parties and politicians have served in the Knesset throughout Israel’s history. Arab legislators have chaired committees, served as deputy speakers, and, in 2021, an independent Arab party joined a governing coalition for the first time.
~ Arab citizens serve as judges, diplomats, mayors, professors, journalists, civil servants, lawyers, pharmacists, nurses, and physicians.
~ Israel’s hospitals are among the clearest examples of ordinary integration: Arab and Jewish doctors, nurses, technicians, and patients work and receive treatment alongside one another every day.
~ Arab citizens also serve in the police, emergency services, and military, particularly among Druze, Bedouin, and Circassian communities, as well as other volunteers.
~ Many Arab Israelis are bilingual in Arabic and Hebrew and move routinely between Arab-majority towns, mixed cities, universities, hospitals, government offices, and Jewish-majority workplaces.
~ Their identities vary. Some primarily call themselves Israeli Arabs, some Palestinian citizens of Israel, some Arab Israelis, and some emphasize religious or local identities. Many combine several of these at once.
~ Their politics vary just as widely. They include secularists, Islamists, liberals, conservatives, Zionists, anti-Zionists, government supporters, government critics, and people with little interest in politics at all.
~ Many feel a strong attachment to Israel as their home and country, even while criticizing discrimination, inequality, or particular Israeli governments.
~ Arab Israelis were among those murdered, kidnapped, and displaced on October 7. Arab police officers, paramedics, doctors, and civilians were also among those who fought attackers and rescued victims.
~ Islamist organizations do not speak for all Israeli Muslims any more than Jewish extremists speak for all Israeli Jews. Many Arab citizens strongly oppose Hamas, jihadism, sectarianism, and religious coercion.
Here is the single most important fact that should also be the only one stated clearly and emphatically:
If the conflict in the Middle East between Israel and the so called Palestinians was isolated and unique, then an argument from both sides would be understandable.
But the reality is, it isn’t isolated.
Islamists aren’t just murdering and massacring and raping and beheading and burning alive Jews in Israel because of some “occupation”.
Islamists are also murdering and massacring and raping and beheading and burning alive Christians in North and Central Africa, they’re murdering and massacring and raping and beheading and burning alive Hindus in India, Kashmir and Bangladesh, murdering and massacring and raping and beheading and burning alive Druze in Syria, Kurds in Syria and Iraq, Yemenis in Yemen, and now also Europeans and non Muslims in Western, Southern, Northern and Central Europe.
So the big question is this:
What’s the excuse for the murdering and massacring and raping and beheading and burning alive everywhere else outside Israel? Is it occupation? Is it Jerusalem? Is it the Nakba?
Everything you’ve been told about Palestinians being the victims IS A LIE!!!
Islam has been murdering and massacring and raping and beheading and burning alive innocent people for 1400 years. It’s why 57 countries around the world are Muslim countries. It is the only ideology on Earth that is actively murdering and massacring and raping and beheading and burning alive people all over the world, on a mass scale.
THAT is the genocide.
THAT is what’s caused famine.
THAT is called ethnic cleansing.
They’ve lied to you and manipulated you into believing the Jews are to blame. But just open your eyes. Use your damned brain. Look what is actually happening. Because they’re not stopping. They’re coming for you🫵🏼
For the past 78 years, only the Arabs have consistently and constantly attempted to commit genocide. Only the Arabs have openly, publicly and loudly stated their clear goals of the annihilation of the Jewish people. Only the Arabs and the various Islamist groups they created and support have charters clearly stating their intention to exterminate the Jews. Only the Arabs have waged wars of annihilation against Israel and the Jews.
It was Turkey (ottomans) who 111 years ago committed the mass genocide of the Armenian people.
It was the Palestinian Arabs who allied themselves with nazi Germany with the sole intention to exterminate the Jews all across Europe and the Middle East.
The fact that tens of billions of dollars have been used to manipulate millions of uneducated and pretty stupid people into believing revisionist lies and accusing Israel of what the Arabs themselves are guilty of doesn’t change the fact that it’s the Arabs and only the Arabs that have actively tried, and failed, and tried again to commit genocide.
These are historical facts. Cope harder to all of you bleating sheep who fell for the lies and propaganda. We are not responsible for your stupidity.
Here’s the thing: the genocide case against Israel at The Hague will drag on for years and years.
Why?
Because once it reaches the evidentiary stage, the entire case begins to fall apart, as the speaker in this video explains very clearly.
And they know it.
That is why they have no real interest in reaching a conclusion.
They simply want to drag the process out for as long as possible, so they can keep using it as part of their smear campaign against Israel.
Imagine you're about to fire an employee who's been stealing from you for years.
You don't send in the guy from legal with a stack of complaints. Nah, you send in the nicest manager in the building. The one everybody likes. The one who always gives second chances.
And you tell him: "Go sit with them. See if they'll stop."
But you already know they won't stop. Then, why bother? well, because now the entire office watched the nice guy try, and the entire office watched them spit in his face, while pocketing a stapler before ducking out early.
That's what Trump just did with JD Vance.
Vance is the most diplomatic voice in the administration. Iran literally requested him by name. He represents the faction inside the US government that genuinely wanted to exhaust every option before escalation. Democrats, Republicans, and a huge chunk of the American public share that instinct.
So Trump sent him. Not because he thought Iran would fold. Because he needed the world to watch Iran refuse the one guy everybody agreed was fair.
And now? Nobody can say the US sent hawks to sabotage peace. Nobody can say Iran wasn't given a real chance. The man who wanted peace the most walked into that room, and Tehran flipped the table with the cameras rolling.
Twenty minutes later Trump announced a full naval blockade of the Strait of Hormuz.
And if you still had any doubt about what Iran actually wants... they told you. Out loud. At the negotiating table.
They refused to stop funding Hamas. They refused to stop funding Hezbollah. They refused to stop funding the Houthis.
They refused to stop enriching uranium, and they refused to open the Strait without charging a $2 million toll per ship in crypto, like some dark web scammer.
They didn't just reject peace. They handed the world a signed confession that the regime's real priorities are nukes, terrorism, and extortion. In that order.
Iran didn't lose a negotiation. Iran lost the argument.
@ohannes_klcdg@derinrejim İki şey bunları hep engelledi ve gözlerini kör etti. Biri dinleri ve din eğitimleri, diğeri de 20nci yüzyıl başından beri enjekte edilen aşırı milliyetçilik. Bunların ikisi de damarlarında akan xenofobiyi (yabancı düşmanlığı) güçlendirdi. Tabii bunlar olunca kafalar çalışmaz.
There is a Frank Herbert quote that describes the future of the West perfectly: "When I am weaker than you I ask you for freedom because that is according to your principles; when I am stronger than you I take away your freedom because that is according to my principles."
