@myNSFAS i’ve been waiting for nsfas loan agreement documents since status changed we are in september right now, before that i had to wait for 6 months for my status to changed durning that time im study now sure whether my fees will be paid and having to self fund myself with Nothing

@myNSFAS Hi, I’m having an issue with my myNSFAS account. Every time I try to log in, it says “account not active.” and nsfas team doesn’t have an answer everytime i call they just say they don’t know this has never happened before and no one has reported this issue before

@myNSFAS We are constantly told to be patient while deadlines keep approaching lives remain on hold. Patience becomes difficult when there’s no communication, no transparency and no urgency from the people meant to assist us. Students are not case numbers or stats these are real lives

@myNSFAS Some of us have no accommodation, no idea how fees will be paid, and no certainty about our future. This system keeps failing the very students it’s supposed to help, and this X account replying with generic responses is becoming just as useless.

@myNSFAS they sound completely uninterested. Students are sitting with real problems while being treated like we’re inconveniences.

@myNSFAS Applied for NSFAS in October last year and till today there’s still no clear outcome. At this point the frustration isn’t even just about delays anymore it’s the complete lack of support. You call the call centre and agents either answer and say nothing, or when they do respond

the system is failing us so bad

@myNSFAS i called and one of your agent told me that my status would change

went from verification to loan in progress (4 weeks ago) and being honest that status still feels like verification because it still doesn’t mean i will now have accomodation or my school fees will be paid
