@chuckles901 @oelma__ If you knew anything about US history you would know that the tipping culture is inherently racist and evolved as a result of your civil war. As black slaves were emancipated restaurant owners refused to pay black people wages and to rely on tips to live. But hey, carry on..

@ChilleConQueso @oelma__ Actually, I have never been treated like that in the UK. The waitors are paid properly by the business owner and paid to do their job properly which means being helpful and attentive. Like any other job for which you get a wage.
